AACR 2009: Tackling the p53 gene and side effects

Professor Sir David Lane is the Director of the Cancer Research UK Transformation Research Group at the University of Dundee, where he leads a research team studying human tumour suppressor gene function. Speaking at AACR 2009: Reactivating mutant p53 genes, tackling side effects of p53-specific molecules, while leaving the tumour susceptible to chemotherapy.
